A man suspected of killing a woman and her 5-year-old granddaughter at a birthday party in Fort Worth, Texas is under arrest.

Erick Daniel Davila was arrested Tuesday after a short chase. Police say he will be charged with capital murder, which carries a possible death sentence.

Police say they are still trying to determine the motive for the Sunday night shooting during a 9-year-old child's party.

A woman, the birthday girl and two other children also suffered wounds.
