8:30 p.m. (NBC) "30 Rock" Jack's (Alec Baldwin) dreams finally come true when he learns he'll be the next GE chairman, but Liz (Tina Fey) finds herself in a nightmare when Jack starts considering her for his replacement at the network. Blergh.

(ABC) "Grey's Anatomy" Our favorite men and women in scrubs are back and just as angsty about life as ever. Luckily, there's a new psychiatrist on staff. Dr. Wyatt (Amy Madigan) better get a big couch. Also, Callie and Dr. Hahn start becoming better friends.

10:01 (ABC) "Lost" Network execs aren't giving anything away, but Wikipedia says that tonight Locke's camp is going to come under attack, and that Jack will try to discover the identity of a body that has washed ashore. In flash-forwards, we see Ben's life after the island. And maybe, just maybe, one of your millions of questions about this show will finally be answered.

8 p.m. (MyNetworkTV) "Rush Hour" Odd detective inspector/ LAPD detective team Lee (Jackie Chan) and James Carter (Chris Tucker) team up to solve a kidnapping. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll want to learn martial arts.

8:30 (ABC Family) "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" In this re-envisioned classic, Willy Wonka (Johnny Depp) is as mysterious as ever, along with his Oompa-Loompa friends and chocolate river. Will Charlie abandon his family to go find his future in the candy factory? Tune in to find out.
